Run, Jackie, Run!

Ran to CFD: ~1.5 miles, ~13 minutes

Worked on butterfly kips. Sort of got the idea, but I certainly need to practice!

Jackie: 1000m row (4:12), 50 thrusters (35#), 30 pull-ups (kipping)

Ran home again, ~13 minutes.
