Thrusters & met con @CFD

Thruster triplets - worked up to 95#

WOD: 3 rounds:
40 push presses (45#)
30 squats
20 ring dips (I subbed 4 10-second holds on the rings)
10 double unders
Time: 14:50

Double unders aggravated my calves. They've been feeling mostly better lately though!
