Track practice

Not sure if anyone reads this blog anymore, but if you do, let me know! I could use the encouragement...

Scott and I did a track workout before work this morning. It was very hot and humid, and my legs felt pretty heavy, but we slogged through, and I feel better for having done so!

50m sprint, 10s rest
100m sprint, 20s rest
200m sprint, 40s rest
100m sprint, 20s rest
50m sprint, 3m rest
Repeat.

No stopwatch, so I don't know what my times were. They would be sort of irrelevant, since we didn't know exactly where the 100m marks were either. :-) It wasn't a completely draining workout... I probably could have/should have done another round.
