Run + pull-ups
27-minute run, with some sprinting intervals. Scott was coaching me on my sprinting technique, which was tough and a little frustrating. My calves are sore now.

Our arboretum loop is shorter now, since we moved. I did a few intervals but felt wimpy overall. Good to get out.
