Back squat; Tabata met con

Back squat, 5 x 2: 195# across all 5 sets!

Met con:
Tabata row (for calories): 6, 6, 5, ..., 5, 6
1 min rest
Tabata shuttle run (5-10-15 = 60m total) - completed 1 per 0:20
* ~1 min extra rest sprinkled within the tabata due to timer issues!
1 min rest
Tabata kettlebell swings (20 kg): 9, 9, 8, ..., 8, 9

Box jumps, squats, tabata row

Working on max height box jump - I got up to 32"

Back squat: 135 x 3, 145 x 3, 3

Tabata row: 87, 89, 89, 88, 87, 87, 87, 86 meters
Last time, I got over 90 meters on nearly every set... definitely was not feeling very powerful today.

The 105 went up pretty easily, so I bet I can hit 110 if I'm fresh. Next time...

Tabata something else

Pull-ups: 5, 5, 4, 4, 3, 3, 2, 3 = 29 (I think... sort of lost track)
Push-ups: 7, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 8, 10 = 65
Sit-ups: 8, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10, 10 = 78
Squats: 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20, 20 = 160

Total: 332

I felt good on this!
