Climbing
Amazing how quickly you can get out of shape... I did 5 runs: two 10c's, two 10b's and a 9. I gave Scott a massage last night, so tonight it's his turn - yay!
90 push-ups

Nice long hike (10+ miles?) through Big Basin, past 4 beautiful waterfalls. Scott and I did our push-ups (81) at the scenic overlook by Berry Falls. (I got caught up and did 82 push-ups later in the day.)
Got to Big Basin mid-afternoon, set up camp and had time for a quick hike (4 miles?) before it got dark out. Beautiful park, lots of redwoods.
Forgot to do push-ups yesterday, so did them this morning. Finals are over, we're leaving for our camping trip SOON!!!
... followed by 79 push-ups. It took a long time to do them. I am pooped. Finals week is rough. One more exam to go, Saturday at 6pm. Can't wait for our spring break hiking/climbing/camping trip!
About an hour and a half of fairly scrappy pickup with Night Train players. It was immediately after my chem final, and it felt so good to run around on a nice, warm evening! I was short of breath but still running hard by the end of the game.
Warm-up: 2 x 10 x CFWU (no dips or pull-ups)
70 push-ups, 5:45 (to make up for yesterday)
Four round-robin games (we went 3 and 1), followed by finals. Games were to 13 points and capped after 1:10 or so. We lost our third game 9-5 but ended up beating that team 13-3 in finals. It was a chilly, windy day, but it felt great to get out and run around with my teammates. I had some drops, but most of my throws were good, and I didn't feel too out of shape! I played cup in the zone quite a bit and was still sprinting pretty well in the 5th game. Can't wait for Fool's Fest!
Okay night. I did one of the purple 10c's but couldn't even start the other one. Did a tough 10b and then maybe one more b and an a. I think that was it... And then 60 push-ups.
CFWU x 1 x 10 (at-home substitutions, 5 pull-ups)
CFWU x 2 x 12 (4 pull-ups & dips)
I felt an acute pain in my right hamstring on Thursday, and both of them were very tight all day Friday and Saturday. Scott gave them a lovely massage Saturday night, and they were feeling better this morning, until I went out for a run. I was planning to do a tabata, but 4 minutes into the warm-up jog, the left one started feeling pretty bad. I walked for a moment, then turned around and jogged home. I'm really nervous about hamstring pulls after seeing everything that Scott's gone through with them. I *really* want to be able to play in Fools next month! Eek!
Scott and I went and tossed for a bit - the only time I left the apartment all day! Good to get out and enjoy the sunshine. A few pull-ups and some messing around on the jungle gym.
We were both pretty low energy. Plus, I was getting bored with the limited number of routes set up. I climbed the orange 10c pretty well, and the purple 10b (made more challenging by limiting my footholds) and another fun grey 10b. We bouldered for a bit before heading home.
Warm-up: 2 x 12 CFWU (regular sit-ups, supermans rather than full extensions, and 4 pull-ups & 3 dips)
Jog to track - 5 minutes
Two 10c's, both purple. Features were off, but I had to use a few features to complete them.
